Flowser
Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-12
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flowser at https://flowser.net and the paid Pro subscription (together, “the Service”). By signing in with Google, subscribing, or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Flowser is a hosted online (SaaS) service: you buy access for a subscription period and use in-service credits, not a permanent copy of the software.
1. The service
Flowser is an online (SaaS) AI web page generation service. You generate HTML pages through conversation, save private drafts, publish pages, and earn or spend in-service points. A paid Pro subscription unlocks additional features. AI generation consumes points from your in-service balance. The service is the overseas web edition at flowser.net and does not share accounts or points with any desktop or other-market edition.
Flowser is a subscription service, not a sale of software. You are buying time-limited access to the service and, where applicable, in-service credits. You are not buying the software, the source code, or a permanent licence to an individual lesson or to unlimited use.
We may change, limit, or discontinue features. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking lessons before classroom use.
Content generated by the AI is provided for your use and review. We and our AI provider do not guarantee its correctness, and you are responsible for the final lesson you publish or use.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to have a Google account and to accept these Terms in your country (often 13 or 16). Flowser is intended for teachers and adult creators.
The only sign-in method is Google. The first successful sign-in creates your account and grants a one-time 100-point bonus. We do not provide email-and-password registration.
You must keep your Google account secure. Your Flowser account records your points and any subscription status so the paid service can recognise you. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, farm points, or harm the service.
3. Points and credits
Points are the in-service balance used across Flowser — for the points economy (earn and spend to publish or unlock pages) and for AI generation. You can buy points through our payment provider (via a subscription or an add-on), and we may also grant them as promotional bonuses (for example on sign-up or daily login).
Typical rules (we may change them): 100 points on first sign-in; free accounts receive 30 points once per day when they visit, while subscribers receive points with each subscription period instead (the two do not stack); paid lessons can be watched for free but show a watermark and fullscreen is disabled; purchasing (paying the author’s price once, 0–50; 0 is free) removes the watermark and unlocks fullscreen forever and credits the author in full; authors do not spend points on their own lessons.
Points cannot be withdrawn, sold for cash, or exchanged for currency. They are a prepaid in-service balance, not a currency, a stored-value card, or e-money. Points you spend are consumed and are non-refundable once used.
Each time you generate or revise a lesson, AI generation consumes points from your balance based on the model’s actual token usage (charged per model call, rounded up). If your balance is too low to start a generation, generation is blocked until you add more points.
We may adjust balances, refuse rewards, or ban accounts if we reasonably believe there is abuse.
4. Paid subscriptions (Pro)
Pro is a paid monthly subscription ($9.9/month). It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until it is cancelled.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (a merchant-of-record service), which handles the transaction, taxes, and billing. We do not store your card details.
The subscription provides access to additional features on top of the free service, including a monthly allowance of points you can spend on AI generation and page. You can also buy more points as add-ons. We may change what is included, but we will not remove access you have already paid for without notice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the subscription management portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; it does not remove your access for the current paid period.
Cancelling is not the same as receiving a refund. Refunds are handled case by case and are described in the Refund Policy.
Points you have used are consumed and not refundable. Unused points are not redeemable for cash; refunds of purchased points are handled case by case under the Refund Policy.
6. Your content
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded covers, titles, attributes, and published HTML. Do not submit secrets, other people’s personal data, exam materials you are not allowed to share, malware, or illegal content.
Private drafts stay available to you through the logged-in service. When you publish, you allow Flowser to host and display the lesson to other users as you configured (free to anyone, or unlockable with points). Free published lessons may appear in search engines.
You keep whatever rights you have in your content. You grant us a licence to store, process (including sending material to our AI provider to generate or revise HTML), and display it as needed to operate the service.
7. Acceptable use
Do not break the law, infringe others’ rights, attack the service, bypass unlock or quota rules, create accounts only to farm points, or publish content that is harmful to children.
Published lessons are not human-reviewed by default. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Our rights and third parties
Flowser, the logo, and the site design are ours. You may not copy the brand or scrape the service in a way that harms us or other users.
Third-party tools we use (including Google, Cloudflare, DeepSeek, and our payment provider) have their own terms. Their failures or changes may affect Flowser.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, faults, third-party outages, or factors beyond our control.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We are not responsible for downtime caused by our providers, including Google, Cloudflare, DeepSeek, and our payment provider.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free AI, or that a lesson is fit for a particular class.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost points, lost content, classroom outcomes, or indirect damages. If a court finds we owe you damages, the amount is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of Flowser is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service is subject to the courts of that location.
